"Even though he has many other clients, Oliver made me feel like to only Roost client. He has a great knowledge of the area and turns bits of information into positive selling points. Signage was helpful at multiple points in the neighborhood. Pictures were excellent. Very reassuring and detail oriented."

He met with us at the property to evaluate size, content, and marketing value. He even arranged to have a timber buyer meet with us. He communicated, and met with us numerous times via phone, text, email, and zoom. His drone view of the property and descriptive listing helped in his excellent marketing effort. He marketed the property and found a buyer. Unfortunately the property did not sell due to our title clearance issue, but he did everything in his power to sell the property. I highly recommend his services."
